Grey green baggy trousers… with sneakers

Take a deep breath (I did). Here are my trousers with a black top and (as variation) with a brown leather jacket.
When I saw the back of these trousers I had to laugh and thought about the blog called Man Repeller.
Josep-Maria is not repelled by them, so it does not apply to all men. (You are unique Josep-Maria, but I bet you already knew that).

The sneakers are lovely to wear. They have flowers on the side and studs and are made of leather.
The jacket is not my favourite. If I wear it outside as a coat, it is too cold most of the time. And if I wear it indoors I have the idea that I am ready to leave the house. Especially with that scarf, although I think the scarf is lovely.

All in all, I do not wear the trousers much like this. Stay tuned… tomorrow I will show you these trousers with something more tight at the top but still with sneakers. A sort of part III and the end of this sequence.
Here are two photos of the front…..

And here the photo of the back….

Oh really, it looks terrible. HAHAHA.

The photos with the leather jacket look quite relaxed. But it also looks as if I have short legs which I have not.

Until tomorrow.

  1. ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚ You really have some reason, the back of these pants is not very nice, perhaps you need a little more Greetje, and this is the problem ๐Ÿ™‚ (I apologize). But on the front, still up liking it. This outfit, with the leather jacket, the sneakers and colorful scarf is cute and fun. It is youthful and casual. Do not get me to say something bad. ๐Ÿ™‚

    1. Hahaha. I would love to have more bum. I always craved for one. Alas… I don’t have one. I did not used to have much of a bosom either and I prayed for more. Now I have got more than I want. Very difficult with dresses and blouses. Remembering the saying “be careful what you wish for…” I am not praying for more bum..LOLWith these trousers the back is ugly anyway, so I thought it did not matter if a showed my bum. Which is not really true. I will just have to always stand with my back to a wall if I wear them haha.

  2. I love the outfit! It’s edgy and fun at the same time. What I see is you like to play with clothes and that is seen in your outfits. I wouldn’t worry about the bum because it doesn’t look sloppy – it goes with the style.

    1. That is the argument with which the shop owner sold the trousers to me…. I quite like this approach of good and bad. Of the right outfit versus the failure. I will try and keep that up.

  3. I just ran across your blog and I’m loving pretty much everything that you have worn but this one just does not float my boat. ha. I have been looking at fashion blogs for the over 40 ladies and, honestly, most of them are simply laughable to me. I love things with an edge and taking chances on clothing and accessories but many of the blogs had women that appeared to be dressing WAY too young…even if they are in the closer to 40 age (I’m closer to the 50 age group).Plus they were wearing clothing that just was not for their body type at all. I was looking for fun AND elegance and sophistication…which you seem to be. So, thanks and I’ll be checking back soon:=)

    1. Thank you very much and I would welcome your return to my humble blog. You might also find the elegance and sophistication at 40plusstyle.comOr you could check out one of the other bloggers I am following myself (in a list on the right side of this page). One request: would you be so kind to put a name underneath your comment? Any name, can be a fake name, but then I know it is you.
