Here are my last combinations with my grey boyfriend jacket. I think these combinations are the nicest. Although… perhaps I can make it even more interesting with my new black modern shoes…..
As Nanne suggested: I am scrunching up the arms of the jacket to make it even more casual.
HATS !!!
Or with black shoes and my favourite yellow???? No, I think the shoes are not nice with this jacket. And the bag is too sophisticated. But I do like the photo below on the right with my beloved cream booties.
It has been a difficult jacket….
Greetje
That’s a wonderful look for you Greetje…..it further elongated your figure. I like all the looks you generated from this very versatile blazer esp. the one with pops of yellow!REBECCA http://www.redtagchiclosangeles.com
It was quite a journey Rebecca as this is not the right shape for my figure.
I love the bag, and this jacket, you already know, I really like. I really like the proposal to wear boots, white shirt and yellow necklace is very elegant, casual and easy. Nice proposal.
Amazing that this jacket does get good credits. So I will hang on to it.
My ultimate favorite is with the yellow bow t-shirt (in fact, can I just steal that from you?). It fits your fun presonality to the T. Plus it actually brings out the jacket in a whole new fashion. Great outfit combo.
I will mail it to you when I am bored with it. I feel that will be pretty soon. (And psssstt… it was dead cheap)
I think Nanne gave you a good tip about scrunching up your sleeves. You know that this is not my favourite jacket but those arms make sense to make the outlook of the jacket complete. I still prefer it when you wear it with your hairy boots and the striped top is the one I like most.
Mine too. But the white T-shirt with the yellow necklace is also a favourite of mine.
I love the dandy looks with this jacket and the hat. But I’m also keen to see it with you new shoes. I’m not sure if I would dismiss this jacket with your bag and the more dressy shoes. That photo is a bit off and I think it would be nicer with long black pants, but I like the contrast of the blazer with fancier shoes and a chic bag.
You are right Sylvia. Always go for the contrast between chic and casual. Gives the tension that makes it interesting. I will try it again with longer black trousers.
Oh, that jacket is absolutely amazing!!! you look awesome!!Kisses, Lucy :)stylewithoutlimits.blogspot.cz
Ah.. by the look of your photo you are young enough to like the jacket. My niece (30 years of age) is soooo hoping I get fed up with it. LOLBut thank you that you think it looks good on me too.
I think the jacket looks really nice with the sleeves scrunched, and I love it with that yellow shirt:)
I do listen to all the tips everybody gives me.
Love the gray bag and the gray blazer is so versatileGreat piece to ownBrett
It is now, but it was a struggle.
The pop of yellow is just perfect.XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Thank you. I need that… a pop of colour as grey is definitely not my colour.
wow thanks for your great comment I’m very happy, I wind you look great keep it up!!!!
You deserved it Anna. I was flabbergasted by your appearance and outfit (nice English word).
Greetje, you look marvelous in hats! You wear them with such confidence. Your favorite yellow puts ‘spark’ in your ensemble and I love how you scrunch up the sleeves of your jacket.
Thank you so much for linking up with Hat Attack!
Ah… but nobody can come near you when it comes to hats. You are the absolute ruler.
Greetje
(Nevertheless, thank you for the compliment)
