This tunic is simpel but great. If it is hot, you wear it with a sleeveless top and open toe shoes. When it is cold, you wear it with a thicker sweater and normal shoes or even boots. Various possibilities with necklaces to change it around a bit.
The reflections in the window tell you that the garden is getting greener as spring is arriving
To begin with: the tunic with a red and black Japanese-like necklace and black slingbacks
Below: as usual, the back is very uninteresting.
Below: changing shoes to white patent leather peeptoe slingbacks and a necklace made from shells.
Of course… doggie is here too.
Below: with one of my favourite necklaces, faceted white stones, gold(ish) beads and black thread.
Below: zooming in on the necklaces. Could not get a good view of the white one, so I took another photo.
Below: or with ballerinas when walking a lot. This picture was taken in Kopenhagen 2 years ago.
A very observant person might have noticed that I have posted on a Monday instead of a Tuesday. Which is true and will stay this way.
Greetje
The versatile tunic has lovely details and looks great with white. Which is a color I would like to wear more of, so your photos are an inspiration to me today. You have a beautiful collection of necklaces!
I think necklaces are very me.
I have noticed the different day since I use to rceive your post on Tuesday. The tunic is peculiar and nice and goes well with white pants. Your dog is interested in what you are doing and wants to have a part in it. How cute!Your last necklace is my favourite:is it the one you bought in Rome?
No, this necklace was bought in Paris (I do get to places…haha). The Rome necklace is a green one which I wore with my black dress in this post:https://www.nofearoffashion.com/2012/12/varations-with-my-little-black-dress.html
It is interesting because it’s not just straight and plain. I like the loose neck and the way it gathers around the bottom.
Thanks Val. For a long time I was not so sure about this tunic, but Anja convinced me it is OK.
Qreat tunic, and fabulous attire. I love the look of you house, too Greetje.XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXx
I would agree with Josep-Maria, I like the uniqueness of the tunic, especially the design and cut in the back. Great way to wear it as a spring transition with white. I prefer it best with the white shoes and all three of your necklaces are a great choice. My favorite is probably the shell one, just that little added contrast seems please the eye the best.
So many people so many preferences. Don’t you love all the diversity?
I used the word “interesting” as a synonym for unusual. I like it, if it were not so I would tell you, you already know that.
Very cute tunic GreetJe. I love the last photo! And you look the same as you did 2 years ago!! What’s your secret? Alicewww.happinessatmidlife.com
It takes a lot more to upset me Helena. LOL I appreciate your honesty very much. It is not my best outfit I grant you that, but I don’t think my figure disappears completely. It is an easy thing and very handy when you travel.
My secret is: enough distance between me and the camera and the same hairstyle. LOL
Hi Greetje to be honest: sorry I don’t like the tunic, it looks like a ‘summer parka coat’. Your good figure disappears. The combination of the colours grey and white are oke as well as the necklaces, the red one I like most. I hope I don’t upset you….with love Helena
type in: colour in the livingroom in the search box and you can have a look inside the house.
This tunic/jacket is fabulousLove how you styled itBrett
Thanks Brett.
I like the tunic on you because you are tall but I believe that it would make me look like a little person if I dare to wear it.Well, back to the outfits; I prefer the contrast with the red necklace and the black. I also like it very much with the flats during your visit to Kopenhagen.Have a great week,
It is indeed one of the few outfits I actually like with flats (I hate flat shoes on me).
Great outfit Greetje. Love it in all combinations but my favorite is with the red necklace! That cute little elephant has been all over the world. It was here in Singapore too….
Thanks Sylvia. I have photos of me and my friend with at least 10 different elephants. It is such a great feature throughout a city.
A very interesting outfit with an unusual piece. I like the tunic, the color and design. Combined with white pants is a very nice look. I like the necklaces, especially the latter.
That’s my man!!!
When I started reading I thought “interesting”??? Hmmm does that mean he doesn’t like it? But you say you do, so I am happy.
I love this outfit. The top is so very unique, but complements the pants very well. I could see me wearing that top. Love the top pic with you sitting so regally in the chair..xo
Regally… haha… I like that.
Greetje, I have alway been a fan of white and chambray, it is an easy look. You look relaxed and happy. Love the necklace, too. The dog is adorable!!

Yes, I found that i had missed one.. It has been hectic here, sorry. I do try to keep up with the things I enjoy.

Hahaha, you missed one??? I don’t expect you to keep up with every post dear. It should not feel like work.
I like all 3 versions but the red necklace really appeals to me. I agree that you have some stunning necklaces. They are my favorite accessory.
I don’t see you wearing a lot of necklaces though. Or do you mean, favourite with me?
I love the shape of this light tunic, Greetje. And the fabulous necklaces, all in a row! Thanks for sharing, xox

The tunic is very stylish, Greetje and I like that you sticked to the two colours. Lovely clean chic, I really like that on you! AnnetteLady of Style
Fortunately you like me to stick to two colours (and a little third colour sometimes). As I don’t really know how to add a forth colour haha.
