This sequined T-shirt was displayed in the window of the Essentiel shop (Belgian brand). That shop is located right between my house and the centre of town. Whenever I go to town, which is often, I pass it. It is clearly there to test my willpower. I kid myself I was only taking a picture of this shirt to send to Lisa (The Sequinist) to drool over. Of course it was necessary to go inside and take a closer look at the shirt. You can fill in the rest. View Post
An orange leather pencil skirt is something out of the ordinary. I like that. The colour orange, which I like as well, made me pull the item from the rack and I was amazed how well it fit me. Usually these skirts have room for hips, which are not on my body. This thing was just straight. The shop provided the very comfortable black shirt to go with it. As I was wearing the orange necklace that day, adding it to this outfit was rather obvious. The peeptoe shoes are for the modern look although I still prefer normal pumps. View Post
Now, this, I believe, is a stunner of a photo. Ron had spotted a coleseed field and asked whether I had a bright blue top. Hah, as it so happened, I had this outfit lined up for the next photo shoot. The reasonable weather was over but the pretty yellow flowers were not going to wait for ideal circumstances. Rain was expected at 11 a.m and we left the house at 9.30 a.m. Talk about cutting it short. View Post
These trousers and this top do not crease, they are airy, light and (I think) classy. Great in my book.
By adding the modern necklace I hope to achieve a modern look. Neutralizing the classic pumps. View Post
